"Bear Necessities"
5 Rounds of:
30 Bear Crawls (each step forward or backward counts as 1 rep)
30 Russian Twists
10 Shoulder presses
30 KB Swings
Today's workout is 5 rounds of 4 movements I have covered in previous blog posts. If you are advanced enough, use a weight for the Russian twists. Choose a set of dumbbells or KBs that are challenging at 10 reps, but that you can maintain over 5 rounds. Use the same logic for the KB swings. It is ok to adjust your weights during the workout as needed! Warm up by performing about 10 reps at a light weight and gradually increase those weights to the weight you will work out with.
