Workout Wednesday! Today’s workout is a couplet that features the kettlebell swing. I shared this on Monday. Today we add in inchworms. This movement can be made easier for beginners by omitting the push-up at the end. For a quick home workout, set your timer for 15 minutes and perform 10 KB swings and 10 inchworms. If this is too easy, increase your KB weight and increase the repetitions to 15-20. See how many rounds you can get to in 15 minutes!
