"From Russia With Love"
Perform as many rounds as possible of:
20 Russian Twists
20 Squats
20 Kettlebell Swings
Today's workout includes 3 of the movements I have covered in my previous blogs: the Russian Twist, the squat, and the kettlebell swing. Ideally, you will be using a KB with each movement, but it will depend on each athlete. Warm up with some glute bridges and planks, and warm up to the KB weight you will use. See my previous blog posts for a description on each movement. Adjust the number of reps if 20 is too little or too much for a movement. Challenge yourself! Try to rest as little as possible and keep moving for the entire workout!
